Our toothbrushes are made using natural materials, including bamboo and natural horse or boar hair bristles. Because natural materials can vary, slight differences in colour, texture, firmness, shape, or finish may occur.

Please discontinue use immediately if you experience irritation, discomfort, sensitivity, allergic reaction, or any other adverse response. If you have allergies to animal-derived materials, sensitive gums, dental conditions, or concerns about suitability, consult a qualified dentist or healthcare professional before use.

The Organic Standard is not responsible for damage, injury, irritation, product deterioration, mould, hygiene issues, or other problems caused by misuse, incorrect storage, failure to follow care instructions, improper handling, prolonged use beyond the recommended replacement period, or use for purposes other than intended.

To maintain product quality, rinse after use, allow the toothbrush to dry properly, store upright in a well-ventilated area, and avoid leaving it sitting in water or sealed damp environments.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Organic Standard will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or misuse of our products.

Nothing in this notice excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection laws. If a product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy in accordance with your consumer rights.
