Hey, I'm Jesse! The founder of The Organic Standard.

I didn't set out to start a brand. Honestly? I just got fed up.

Fed up with what's hiding in the everyday stuff we all trust. The food on our shelves stacked with additives we can't pronounce. The personal care products full of synthetic junk. The sprays, the packaging, the "healthy" labels that fall apart the second you read the fine print.

Somewhere along the way, "normal" became a household full of hidden rubbish - and we all just accepted it.

So we decided to start where it matters most: the one thing you put in your mouth twice a day.

The toothbrush.

You'd assume the "eco" option, bamboo, is the safe bet. But check the bristles: nylon. Nylon is plastic. The most trusted swap on the shelf still means plastic against your gums, morning and night, every single day.

If we're going to clean up the everyday, it has to start with what goes in your body first.

So I stopped waiting for someone else to fix it.

We built the toothbrush that should've existed all along - genuinely plastic-free, with natural horse or boar hair bristles and a real bamboo handle. No nylon. No bioplastic. No fake-eco shortcuts.

But the toothbrush is just the beginning.

From here, we're expanding - swap by swap, product by product - into the rest of your home. The bathroom shelf. The kitchen. The everyday essentials that were never as clean as they claimed to be. We're building a range you can trust without a second thought, until checking the fine print isn't something you have to do - because the standard is already high.

That's the mission: to clean up households, one honest swap at a time - until a genuinely clean home isn't rare, it's normal.

Because this is ours - our health, our homes, our families. For too long we've handed it over to brands that cut corners and hid behind green labels.

It's time we took it back.
